    The first day to submit COE collections for Winter 2012 is Monday, December 12.  This applies to both electronic and paper submissions.  The last day to submit is January 11, 2012.

  • Logging in to ECOE
    Effective Tuesday, October 4, the staff log in to eCOE has changed.  All school staff will now log in to eCOE through the EDS system at OSPI.  Contact your district security manager to get a login and to add eCOE to your list of applications.  Call 360-464-6708 or email coe@esd113.org for more help.  Students will continue to log in to the eCOE site directly.

GradsThe Collection of Evidence (COE) is a state approved alternative assessment. 

Students may submit a COE three times this year.  For the 2011-2012 school year, the submission deadlines are January 11, 2012, April 25, 2012 and June 13, 2012. The January submission is only for 12th graders and those students who are eligible to submit an augmented collection; the April submission is for augmentation collections only; the June submission is for eligible 12th grade students only.  For eligibility requirements students should talk to their school assessment officials.
 
COE is one of several options for completing the Certificate of Academic Achievement.  For more information about other CAA Options, please see the CAA Options website at OSPI.
